Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown - Wall Street, an IHG Hotel

The room is small and the facilities are average. Maybe it's because any room in New York is so expensive. Amenities fees are also charged every day.

It was my first time to visit New York. Before I checked in, I saw comments saying that the room was very small. I had expected it, but I was still a little surprised by how small it was. My friend and I couldn't open our suitcases completely. It was really tiring to look through the suitcases every day! The AirPlay in the room didn't work, and the phone didn't work either. Although I called a repairman to come and fiddled with it, only the phone was fixed (it broke again later, and I was too lazy to ask them to fix it. Every time I wanted any service, I had to go to the front desk in person, which was very annoying). Then they told me that the AirPlay of the entire building couldn't be connected, and they were contacting the supplier, and it would take more than a week to fix it! These are all fine, after all, they don't affect the stay, but what shocked me the most was that I returned to the hotel on the third night and saw only one bath towel. I went to the front desk to ask, and they told me that they were all dirty bath towels that they were washing, and they could only deliver them the next morning. As a result, they didn't deliver them the next morning. Fortunately, we brought disposable bath towels with us. It was really a big deal. I had a good experience staying at Indigo in Bangkok and Singapore. I don't understand why this one in New York is so bad. Except for the location, there is nothing else. I strongly don't recommend it!

The room was very good and the location was very good. You can walk to the World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty Pier, and it only takes 15 minutes to go to Midtown and Uptown by subway 2 or 3.

The room is small and the facilities are poor. I don't know why it is rated so high. The breakfast is okay and it's close to the subway.

The service attitude at the hotel front desk is very poor! Hotel reception service is very bad!
