The room is really, really small, but the location is great.

The room is too small, which is a disaster for people with suitcases larger than 26 inches, but the breakfast is really good and not repetitive at all. The service staff is not good enough, I left a tip every day. There is no extra water and no disposable cups.

I slept for one night and booked a room on the same day for $300, which was a bargain. In particular, I made a mistake in placing the order, and did not include breakfast. The order could not be changed, so Ctrip sent me a breakfast.

The location is on Wall Street. The surrounding is safe. The hotel is newly opened. The facilities are relatively new. The hygiene is good. The lighting is bright enough. The bedding is also quite comfortable. There are no shortcomings. There is also free mineral water. The only shortcoming may be that the lobby is too small. There are no other problems.

The room is small and the facilities are average. Maybe it's because any room in New York is so expensive. Amenities fees are also charged every day.

It was my first time to visit New York. Before I checked in, I saw comments saying that the room was very small. I had expected it, but I was still a little surprised by how small it was. My friend and I couldn't open our suitcases completely. It was really tiring to look through the suitcases every day! The AirPlay in the room didn't work, and the phone didn't work either. Although I called a repairman to come and fiddled with it, only the phone was fixed (it broke again later, and I was too lazy to ask them to fix it. Every time I wanted any service, I had to go to the front desk in person, which was very annoying). Then they told me that the AirPlay of the entire building couldn't be connected, and they were contacting the supplier, and it would take more than a week to fix it! These are all fine, after all, they don't affect the stay, but what shocked me the most was that I returned to the hotel on the third night and saw only one bath towel. I went to the front desk to ask, and they told me that they were all dirty bath towels that they were washing, and they could only deliver them the next morning. As a result, they didn't deliver them the next morning. Fortunately, we brought disposable bath towels with us. It was really a big deal. I had a good experience staying at Indigo in Bangkok and Singapore. I don't understand why this one in New York is so bad. Except for the location, there is nothing else. I strongly don't recommend it!
