Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that "it was just our system" - no explanation why the "system" was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

The breakfast was excellent. This is the best value hotel near Central Park.

The location is close to the manhattan terminal. Staff are friendly. The room is a bit small. But it’s clean.

We wanted a hotel for a night close to the cruise terminal. The hotel was perfect for that and within a walking distance from the cruise terminal. Elevators are SLOW and it takes forever to catch one - Some people preferred to walk down than to try and wait.

This was a perfect hotel for our needs! We enjoyed being on the first floor. Quiet, kind staff, and the out door seating was nice!!

Front desk help was great. Garage we were told to park in was closed🙁 Elevator not working. Long wait for other working elevator🙁 Carpets in hallway stained and dirty🙁

The price/performance ratio is very good. It is 2.5 kilometers away from the exhibition. I will stay here again next time! Johnny at the front desk was very nice! Breakfast is also OK, American breakfast

The worst hotel I've stayed in the US. The price is higher than Westin. The fee paid in advance is non-refundable. The price-performance ratio is really bad. There is a male service at the front desk with a bad attitude. The air conditioner in the room sounds like a tractor at night. It's cold when it's turned off. I asked for a quilt, but was refused and said there was none. The next day, someone else asked and there was one. The room is small and can't fit two suitcases. There is no carpet.

The service is good. The rooms are adequate and clean. The location is very good. Many popular attractions are within walking distance. Taking a taxi in New York is very expensive, so it saves money. It’s really cost-effective in New York. There is also a free breakfast buffet in the morning, although it is not rich. Danq, this is an unexpected surprise. It is not a high-budget trip, but it is recommended for shopping and sightseeing trips.

Hotel well located near Central Park. And 10 minutes walk from the metro. Easy access. Very welcoming and attentive staff.
