There is a washing machine and an airport shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, call the hotel and make an appointment to meet at which terminal. The shuttle will arrive within 10 minutes. Then, just ask for the number and get on.

It's really close to the airport, so it was convenient for transit! The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
However, it's a bit far to Manhattan, so even using Uber is quite expensive, which may be a problem if you're traveling alone! It was good that I could get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes by metro!
The cleanliness was on par with Japanese hotels, so I'd like to use it again.
