因為離女兒家裡比較近，女兒推薦的，預訂後對於入住流程沒有明顯的提醒，我們到了紐約下了飛機 才知道要註冊，上傳護照和信用卡才算辦理自助入住，這一切完成後，我們獲取了密碼，大樓、電梯都很順利，但房間就是進不去，當時已經是半夜11點多了，長途飛機很疲憊，在房間門口聯繫客服，客服反應較快，我知道國內客服衹是傳話筒，但能體會到服務還是及時的，倒是酒店的要求很奇怪，自認為他們提供的密碼沒錯，肯定是我們操作問題，遇到這種突發事件，最好最快的解決辦法不是應該是換一個房間嗎？直到我提出這個方案，才最終解決，換的房間的床較小，房費有差價，攜程也及時退款了，很幸運我是從攜程預訂的，如果直接和酒店方預訂，語言問題等因素更難以溝通。房間本身還不錯，床墊舒服，廚房設備齊全，還有洗碗機，離**舅非常近，但住宿期間無人搞衞生，也沒有服務人員，對於語言有困難的人很麻煩。

El apartamento esta muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar días tranquilos, se puede cocinar, siempre hay gente en la recepción y esta muy cerca de todo, tomas el metro al frente, lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme en este lugar si volviera a New York.

Extremely nice apartment, fantastic location close to the subway and eateries. Full fridge, kitchen and very spacious for a nyc hotel room. Only complaint was low water pressure and no hot water (most generous would be to describe it as tepid) on both days. Somewhat disappointing given that everything else is so nice; hopefully it’s a temporary thing and will be fixed soon. I would stay here and in Sonder flats again.
