My first time staying here and it’s amazing. The service and care from all the staff is pure excellence. The food is delicious and they give special preference to guests when seating. The small touches like bringing water to the room nightly and treats is an added bonus. Everything about the rooms are high quality and comfortable.

This hotel has such beautiful European decor. It's warm and elegant. Their attention to detail, especially in the rooms, rivals the most expensive hotel brands. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person that works there. I broke my ankle on the first day of my stay and the staff from that moment on showed non-stop concern and care. They were there for me with whatever I needed including checking on me every time any of them saw me. They were kind, and friendly and took the time to talk with you. You felt like they were friends you've known forever. I wanted to take all of them home with me. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Oh and the food in their restaurant is excellent.

The Bowery Hotel is the perfect New York experience (I say as a former/future New Yorker!). It's a great location, away from the dense tourist traps of NYC but accessible to many fun locations, including SoHo, Nolita, Brooklyn, etc. The staff is very welcoming, accommodating, and kind. The rooms are unparalleled. The downstairs and bar area is very fun. We came here for our wedding and were so glad we did. Definitely recommend. Very high value.

The Bowery Hotel was a great place to stay for a quick jaunt to New York. Our room was modern, spacious, and comfortable and had a large window which provided a lot of natural light. All of the staff members were lovely - after check-in, they immediately recognized us when we stopped by the desk and made some terrific local recommendations for important New York specialties such as pizza and bagels. We also attended a function in the hotel which could not have been nicer. We would love to return.

We return to the Bowery Hotel whenever we're in New York City. The staff are amazing and it really feels like home. Gemma restaurant is a cozy meeting place for breakfast with our family, and after dinner drinks in the lobby bar is always a treat. It's a special place!

Perhaps there was too much hype for this hotel - but I thought it was fine but not great for the price. Plumbing is bad, room was clean but looked worn and main complaint was how noisy it is. Every night at 10 the bass would start thumping. Staff was friendly and professional.
