New Hotels in Budapest

"Excellent..Fantastic..everything perfect, the facilities , the food, and the wonderful and genuinely helpful staff. Staffed around the clock , with refreshments available at any time , and very welcoming on returning at night. Classified as Hostel but in my opinion it’s a beautiful different type of hotel., catering for teenagers or retirees, without over elaborating.  Location perfect, less than 5 mins from Metro , 10 mins bars and restaurants..everything else within easy reach eg tour buses etc… Truly great advert for the hospitality and friendliness of Budapest. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable stay, and especially over Christmas period, ( when a lessor level of service could be excusable."

"A funky hotel close to the cruise port. The decor is very unique with a fun vibe going on. We were greeted with a chance to spin a wheel for a random prize and scored complimentary drinks.  Only downside was no complimentary hot drinks for guests."

"Badiliq hotel overall was very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff who thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. If anything was missing, we could always request it at reception (such as bathrobes, slippers, toiletries). We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) in a junior suite, which was conveniently divided into two sections. The room had a fridge, espresso machine, and kettle. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. Even though we stayed during the peak winter season, there was always enough space in the dining area, and the food was promptly replenished by the restaurant staff. We arrived before the official check-in time, and although no room was yet available, the receptionist kindly offered us to wait in the lounge where light snacks, juices, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided. We could also store our luggage in the luggage room and explore the nearby attractions — the hotel is very well located with many sights within walking distance. The only downside during our stay was a temporary hot water outage for a few hours, but we were informed about it in advance. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with any requests, always accommodating. They even allowed us a late check-out, which, as we learned, is quite rare in Budapest."

"Super friendly staff and clean room! The bed was really comfortable and easy to access to the tram! I love to walk, so I walked to the metro station, but it was still easy to transport and safe neighborhood! There is not much surrounding, so it was pretty quiet during the night! I would love to stay again!"

"The room was good value for money, spacious, and had a large balcony. I had a PS5, but I didn't have an account, no gaming internet, and the network was slow; it took all night to download one game. Then, the main problem was that my room had a persistent rotten egg smell, I don't know if it was the air conditioner or something else. The staff checked it once during my stay, but it didn't work. Finally, the bathroom light was poorly designed; it was a sensor light, and it would turn off halfway through a shower, requiring me to open the door for it to turn back on."

"Hotel is new and very nice. Big surprise was a separate room with Playstation 😜.  The hotel’s architecture is quite fascinating.     Service was ok except waitress in the bar, the waitress was rude and refused to serve me, even though they weren't closing for another half hour. Then she moodily threw down a beer in a different glass than the one I ordered."

"The front of house were great. The cleaning and housekeeping service needs work. They do not have a do not disturb sign, so we had house keeping knocking on our door at 9am after a big night out in Budapest. Then when the rude housekeeper arrived, he dint touch the bed. Just changed the towels and did the bare minimum. Won’t be back based off of this experience."

"The hotel is simply excellent! Great location close to the city center. On a quiet street. Nearby are the metro and tram. The huge Corvin Plaza shopping center is 2 minutes away, offering everything you need for shopping, including a supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a highly rated Chinese restaurant is around the corner. The hotel itself is new, small, very quiet, and very clean. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, with a very good mattress and bed linen, excellent plumbing and lighting. The interiors are designer. There's a kettle and tea in the room. It's sooo warm! The radiators in the room and bathroom were excellent, and there's air conditioning, a safe, a TV, and a refrigerator. The staff was incredibly friendly. They spoke Russian. Overall, I couldn't fault it, and the price was reasonable. They even sent me a discount on WhatsApp for future trips. ❤️"
