Been to a lot of hotels but this was outstanding quality for the price. Kyle at the reception was very pleasant and the room did not disappoint in style and quality. It was simply refreshing spending the night here. The kitchen area was excellent and it just feels like I am in my private accommodation back home with the separate living area and bedroom design. Extremely good quality I must admit.

The staff were absolutely amazing no matter what hours you are there! From morning to afternoon to night staff super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely will go back and stay another week sometime soon!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and room was very clean

they called us at 345pm day of check in to say there were maintenence issues and they could not honor our reservation. they moved us to another hotel and a different room type. We reserved 2 queen beds - they moved us miles away to a single bed room. This place was also dirty, musty adn moldy. This place would not refund our money and we were there under 60 minutes. we sat in the room looking for another hotel . LESS than an hour later, after we secured a anyother location, we told the front desk we were leaving. They refused to stop payment and would not give us the money back for a room we did not book. We booked a 2 queen room at a different place. This was a WALK - we later learned and we should have NEVER been charged for this. We were displaced. Then they proceed to place 2 holds on our card - more than double the price of the first place we booked. ! If you are still reading this.....you can understand our frustation. We finally got the THIRD hotel in 90 minutes and they knowledged us of this corporate error. We should never have needed a refund for the hotel we were WALKED to.....because we should have NEVER had to pay. Candlewood should have covered the cost. Extremely disappointed...we our working with our bank and are contacting corporate

Archie, Rosa, and Alicia are incredibly friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond for their guest and it shows. They always give me a kind smile and a warm welcome! The place is very convenient, centrally located, and the cupboard is always stocked!!

The entire staff are sincerely appreciative that myself and other teammates from my company are staying here. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. Rosa, Alisha and Archie are very well suited for the specialized task of customer service and go beyond the basics to help my crew and i when necessary.
