Homewood Suites by Hilton Newark-Wilmington South Area

"We usually stay here every year for an event and it’s always a pleasant time. The hotel is worth the cost. It is fairly dated and not everything is throughly cleaned. The important parts such as bed, bathroom, and kitchen area are always tidy but don’t be surprised to find old food in the fridge or crumbs under the couch. The breakfast is good and they offer many options. The staff is friendly and accommodating, check in and out is a very swift process and they’re very easy to contact if additional items are needed. For what it is, I like this hotel. It’s maintained well for being dated."

"The room is OK, but the facilities and breakfast need to be improved"

"The front desk staff seemed very annoying when I checked in. The shower in the room was broken and the bathroom sink was dirty. This was the worst experience I've ever had in so many hotels."

"A motel. The guy at the front desk is very polite, enthusiastic and patient. The room facilities are relatively old and the sound outside is very noisy."
