during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

Immaculate room, very clean with a great shower. Really friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was just what I needed. Used it as an overnight on cycling trip no problems with bike etc. My first stay at a Travelodge and definitely not my last:)

Great room nice and clean and comfortable, I asked Jhaman if he could get me a quiet room and he did exactly that, thanks much appreciated, great location just off M4 and lots of choices of food and m and s too, will definitely stop here again, towels were better than some 4 star hotels, so we'll done travelodge

Clean room good size well maintained grounds. Efficient check in. Had a laugh about one of my friends using the screen to check in her car.

Hotel Refurb is really good- spacious , warm rooms and the front desk staff are always friendly - welcoming +helpful . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Big thankyou to Sanjay for arranging my booking . It is a busy hotel but Sanjay is friendly + helpful + always has time to sort out any issues.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious rooms, big comfy beds, quiet despite its location and a very nice team who want to look after you. Sanjay was brilliant and very helpful. I will be using Travelodge more based on this experience.

Lots of hot water, nice and clean, smiley faces from staff especially Sanjay. Food court nearby. Perfect for visiting Highclere castle. Very reasonable. Comfy beds and clean linen , easy enough to find, not much road noise. They are good value for money, a few wagon drivers checking in but they are so tired they don’t make any noise.
