After a tiring day of touring and driving, my husband and I were exhausted and ready to check into our hotel, only to find out we accidentally booked it the day before. We were warmly greeted by Jane, who immediately went to work to change things and get us a room. Jane was not only adorable, but super friendly, happy and it was obvious she loves her job and the people she works with. She showed us to our room which was even nicer in person than the pictures. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Reception was lovely. You have to pre-book parking which is around the corner. Rooms were interconnecting and very spacious. Very clean and quiet. Can’t fault it if you’re looking for somewhere near the CBD. I liked the modern look of the rooms too. We didn’t use it but there’s a kitchenette if you want to BYO breakfast.

Every little detail has been thought of, from the light at foot level so that it doesnt disturb orhers that comes on when you go to the toilet at night. Where the bed is positioned all well thought of as again bathroom light would not disturb sleep. Storage for suitcase bottom of open wardrobe. Fully kitted out kitchen unseen in other apartments as to what is provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Girls at reception also very hospitable.

Maddie’s customer service was incredible. She stayed back late to check us in after an intense drive through the rain. She was friendly and bubbly and allowed us to check out late too! The building was new and clean. Highly recommend staying at 291 on King!

Excellent service and excellent comfortable accommodation superb in everyway would highly recommend to any one travelling or familys. Beds and pillows very soft shampoo n conditioner smell amazing the open is trendy n the view aint bad either.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. The receptionist was very cooperative and take care of my booking although arriving after hours
