There were also some basic amenities missing in the room, such as napkins, plates, and cutlery, which we expected to be provided."

The room can sleep three people, making it suitable for families. "Fast check-in and check-out. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Convenient location with a light rail station nearby. Since I was attending my son's graduation, I needed to iron clothes, and the room had an ironing board. The hotel has a stylish vibe, and the staff are mostly young and polite. It's a quiet area with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, as well as KFC, Pizza Hut, and an Italian restaurant. The mattress was comfortable and very large. The TV also allowed for screen mirroring to watch videos."

"Great location right by the beach. We also had a nice view from our balcony even though it was a standard room. The rooms are simple, yet very well maintained. We were also given complimentary water and snacks as members. The hotel also has EV chargers, you only have to pay for parking which is $30 overnight. We only parked there for one night because there is free weekend (Sat from noon and Sunday free) parking right across the street."

"This is a black spot. I have prepaid with Ctrip. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up the key from the self-service machine, the clerk asked me to provide my credit card information and said that an additional fee of 30 Australian dollars for bedding would be deducted. I gave them my credit card information and charged it. On the third day, my credit card was swiped. Thanks to the bank freezing the card for what it considers suspicious transactions. Be careful everyone"

"Location is great, quiet, clean, comfy , great breakfast. I spent two nights in "The Room". The only negative was it had no windows and no natural lighting. If you suffer from claustrophobia I do not recommend this room. There's another room that does have natural lighting. "

"After turning up to our booked accommodation to find they had no record of our booking we chanced upon on this B&B and I'm so glad we did. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The location is 100m from Beaumont St, which has many eateries and a pub. We were going to a concert at the entertainment centre which was an easy 20 minute walk. Overall it was very good value for money, and I will certainly stay again."
