The attitude of the front desk staff is not good; the most incomprehensible thing is the so-called "breakfast included": a small bag of breakfast, which contains a very small bread, a pear the size of an egg, and a small package of drinks. It is not enough to eat! And it is not possible to choose "no breakfast" when booking!

The overall place was nice, neat and clean. Location wise it was ideal however the towels provided had holes in them. It would be really nice if they provided facilities to refill water bottles with filtered drinking water instead of filling our bottles from the washroom tap!
