"Frankly, the size of the room is beyond my imagination, very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything that should be set. You can make breakfast and dinner yourself. We have one night to make our own seafood dinner. You can wash clothes. It feels like home. The facilities are old. Travel is also very convenient, very close to the train station and supermarket, will consider here next time."

"The location is super convenient, right across from the train station. The hotel decor has a very British feel to it, and the rooms are on the smaller side. However, they charge a £50 deposit per night. Since it was charged to my credit card, it hasn't been refunded yet (it'll take at least a month to process)."

"Check in is quite late as other hotels I’ve stayed at are around 12-2 this is 4pm, once eventually in we got to the room and wanted to get a shower which the shower head was full of limescale and when the shower is on the bath started filling with water it wasn’t draining so couldn’t get a shower as the water was horrible gathering in the bath and the shower curtain stunk! The room was ok but cleaning is definitely not the strong point, I would look at alternative hotels in the future."

"Hotel is located conveniently next to the river. We had received a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The room is fully equipped with basic cooking amenities. Just wish to give our special gratitude to the guy welcoming at the front desk, he has granted us everything we need and is super caring to guests. We'll definitely choose this hotel if we travel to this part of the country again."

"Very spacious hotel. Checkin needed to be done at the holiday inn nearby. Free car park but space is very limited. Overall it was great."

"Great hotel & staff Previously a marriott so rooms are of very good quality the hotel is is a little run down in places but are you really bothered at this price! It's certainly cheaper and cheerful, free WiFi, free parking, food is expensive but there's more options across the road. Leisure club is £5 extra"

"The apartment was very nice and also bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. They also allowed us to take our dog at the last minute as we were let down. It cos £20. It was close to where we were going to see the concert (a 4 minute walk) The only problem was I paid trip in advance , and Roomzzz charged me again, which I had to ring and find out what was going on. They have said the money will be back in the account in a few days, so let's see"

"Wow when this place opens it’s going to be amazing. I was lucky enough to be allowed a quick look around and with the bar down stairs and in a great location this will be a fantastic place to stay. Thanks again for being one of the first to see it"

"Large space, complete facilities, even washing machines, drying racks. Location is OK. It would be better if there is oil and salt. I only cook one meal, such as buying oil and salt, and the fire is completely over. So there is no oil and salt to cook."
