"Great service, really attentive staff. The restaurant food was good although very heavy on chicken based dishes and limited on vegan options. The room was good and came with complimentary drinks and snacks."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Sam on reception. Went out of his way to help resolve an issue not related to hotel. Had dinner at hotel which was very nice and good value. The only downfall was the cooked breakfast was lukewarm, with bacon cold."

"The room was nice, the view was great, and the breakfast was good too. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward; a curtain would be a good idea. The location is a little inconvenient if you're walking the whole way without taking a taxi, but overall it was good!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect from the room to our food we had staff were friendly and social able even when we go to bed there is no noise in corridor l think we have stayed about 5 times and each time perfect."

"Friendly staffs, fairly clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast. Location rather quiet but if you enjoy the relaxing vibe, it would be a great place to stay. Starbucks is located just at the lobby. Definitely wheelchair or baby stroller accessible. The lift is rather small, perhaps could upgrade to a larger lift? Overall, good stay."

"Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist"

"The location is super easy to find. You just walk a short distance straight out of the train station, and you're there. Once you're at the door, just ring the bell and say you're checking in, and they'll let you in. The two young ladies and a gentleman at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and helped with all our questions, often personally showing us where to go. You pay a £5 deposit for the key card, and luggage storage is free with a dedicated, very secure room for bags. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a lounge area with sofas and tables. I used to charge my phone and power bank there at night. Of course, each room also has outlets, but I found the lounge more comfortable. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm, and since it wasn't busy these days, there were only three of us in total. Everyone was quiet, so getting rest wasn't an issue. The bed was a bit soft, which my old back and neck aren't used to, but it was fine for a few nights. The toilets and showers are separate, and completely segregated by gender, which is better than other hostels, and everything was very clean. All in all, I liked it and will definitely stay here again next time."

"An amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Newcastle! The location is unbeatable—just 2-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station, and only 10 minutes to Quayside and St. James’ Park, super convenient for travel and sightseeing. The free hot breakfast was fantastic, with fresh waffles, classic English breakfast and even porridge, perfect for all tastes. The room was clean, quiet and cozy, with a comfy bed, ergonomic work desk and free high-speed WiFi, ideal for both leisure and business trips. 24-hour front desk offered great service with luggage storage, and the 24-hour gym with Peloton bikes was a nice bonus."

"Poor quality Wi-Fi, couldn’t work as kept bugging out. Gluten/dairy free options for breakfast limited. Picked hotel for pool for the family but everytime we went there it was fully occupied. Should be able to book or limit people’s time in there to allow others to use facilities, family were very disappointed"
