Second time this has happened and will be the last, as I will look to other competitors. I just want to get away from it all and relax in a comfortable hotel. Hotel room. As it turned the room, was not up to the standard expected, could do with a freshen up, lighting was poor, bathroom mixer tap was either too hot or cold, and one bath towel for two people sharing a double room."

"Very accessible to NCL airport. So if you just want to relax before flight, highly recommended. But not recommended if you want to explore central area of NCL because it’s a bit far. There’s a nearby highstreet so if you want to shop, it’s accessible. I just a hard time using the flush. I think it’s a UK thing. But all in all, room was clean. Cr comes with a bathtub."

"Arrived late in the evening, friendly efficient check in, room was small but very good bed, super fresh bathroom, my only criticism would be the light issue, how to turn off all lights? But no worries, I was tired so slept really well, breakfast was a surprise, first of all met at entrance to restaurant by server who showed me all the selections and seated me, fantastic friendly service, breakfast bacon and sausages of high quality, sour dough bread etc, good coffee, great breakfast All in all a great stay"

"The hotel is located next to Newcastle Central station minutes from the Cathedral, the Castle, the centre of the city near Monument. The hotel entrance has a faded grandeur that isn't intimidating, more comfortably worn. The room was cosy with bathtub and shower. The WiFi was a little temperamental but works fine. A plus for me was the pool and spa facilities at the hotel. Nothing better than a swim to start the day. Excellent location and good value hotel."
