The room is very large, far more than 12 square meters, the bathroom is also large, and the overall environment is very good and clean. The location is very close to the train station, about 7.8 minutes walk, very convenient. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good.

Whilst the room was nice and the staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not to a high standard.
The suite rooms seemed to be smaller than the normal rooms on the floor plan.
Finally, the shower cut me really badly and while staff assisted with the issue - no fix for the danger was made.
Breakfast was not available - due to an issue with the kitchen. Refund given for the breakfast.

Hotel very run down, room ok, but went out for dinner and got back to the hotel at 21.00 only to find the bar closed and no room service. The staff were friendly and apologised but can’t believe you can’t get a beer gone past 21.00, this is not good enough and I won’t be staying at this hotel next month

Very central hotel. Staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Our room was a little small so we upgraded to a larger room. Toiletries and tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Right in the middle of Newcastle. Fab location.
