Newcastle upon Tyne Hotels with Gym

The hotel is a bit out of the way, and while the surroundings are very quiet, it felt a little unsafe to go out after dark. It was a pleasant surprise that the front desk staff had their own translation device, and the restaurant even offered hot water, showing the hotel's inclusivity and genuine hospitality towards guests from all over the world. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and parking was convenient.

Arrived late in the evening, friendly efficient check in, room was small but very good bed, super fresh bathroom, my only criticism would be the light issue, how to turn off all lights? But no worries, I was tired so slept really well, breakfast was a surprise, first of all met at entrance to restaurant by server who showed me all the selections and seated me, fantastic friendly service, breakfast bacon and sausages of high quality, sour dough bread etc, good coffee, great breakfast All in all a great stay

Great location, within walking distance to both the train station and St. James' Park. I had already paid for the hotel when I booked it, but they asked for my credit card again during self-check-in. I had to find a staff member to process it manually afterwards, so be careful about that. The room was very spacious, and I could fully open my suitcase. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

The hotel boasts a superb location, close to the subway station and within walking distance of the city center and the coast, offering convenient access to various attractions. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, although the mattress was saggy and the pillows were of poor quality.

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Ideal location right by the train station. Hotel room was lovely, beds comfortable, shower warm - large spacious room. Mini bar also. Hotel staff friendly breakfast was available at extra charge but did not have it. Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is right opposite St James’ Park stadium, which is perfect as we were there to watch Newcastle United Football Club’s matches. It is easily accessible to every area of the town and also walkable to the city centre and the train station. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Signature Newcastle hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Newcastle!
