Very nice hotel and near to newcastle airport walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. Definitely will come again.

The hotel it's self was lovely and the staff amazing. The room was very basic. The bed was so uncomfortable! Premier Inn beds are a million times better! Maybe ask them where they get there from.

Very thoughtful.
There is a hook above the door in the bathroom ~ I like it.
The shower head can be taken out and used freely ~ I like it.
Although it is next to the airport, the sound insulation effect is pretty good.
The bed is huge (like king size) and very comfortable to sleep on.
The warm handmade cookies as a welcome gift were delicious.
