Our apar**ent was advertised as sleeping 6 people. It barely slept 5. The 5th’bed’ was a disgusting camp bed not a double sofa bed as advertised, leaving the 6th person with no bed or bedding. The photos advertised did not reflect the apar**ent we were given, our apar**ent was dusty and felt unclean, no one showered there. There was no bin or bin bags, no scissors, knives were dirty and rusty. We were offered to move apar**ent to further away from the centre, not ideal and we didn’t have the time to move due to reservations, we wouldn’t of been happy to had we had the extra time anyway. Then my security deposit was 3 days late in being refunded. I actually feel a full refund is in order as it was £405 one night which is insane for the love standard of the apar**ent and the fact they falsely advertised how many people it could sleep
