This hotel is in an ideal place for everything shopping, restaurants and comedy nights really enjoyed Newcastle. The hotel was great staff were lovely the room was small but adequate for the few days we were there for and the bed was comfortable and a large walk in shower which was great.

Paid for a room upgrade, but couldn’t see where the upgrade was, small basic room with a cupboard for a bathroom, bed was too soft & up against the corridor wall, beside the door, so heard all the noise, limited hanging space, basic tv, not the best view (could imagine there’d be worse). But apart from that the main hotel area was great & the staff were helpful too. Really wanted to stay here a few times, but can’t say I’d rush back, the room just didn’t justify the price.

What a great hotel. The location is perfect for a city break and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and with a good hairdryer! As people have mentioned, the rooms are small, but this really doesn't matter for a city break. We will definitely be back for another visit.
