Premier Inn Newcastle Airport

The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

Receptionist could not be any more friendlier, explaining travel details, what was available and timings.

Extremely easy check in. Good rooms. Restaurant and bar, the staff were Fabulous, a big shout out to them. The holiday starts as soon as you arrive the night before your flight and this certainly happened here! Thank you!

Lovely hotel. From the staff at front desk to the bar staff and late staff on checking out they were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Massive thank you to the lady on reception when all 7 of us turned up, your patience was appreciated wish I got your name.

Spacious clean room with comfy bed at very reasonable cost. So conveniently located to the airport for my early flight the following morning. Very impressed!

Was not informed if car park charges at the time of booking ,which was an additional £7 per car per night . Also ,unusually ,the staff seemed very moody and fed up ,both in reception and bar so went elsewhere for a drink . The room was clean but the whole thing just felt a bit tired . The water pressure in the shower seemed low but was ok overall . Was woken at 6 am by a jet landing so I suspect not triple glazed as at the Heathrow hotel where you hear nothing from the airport . Plus points are it’s a short walk to the terminal and the excellent Metro service into Newcastle and beyond .

I have been to this Premier Inn a few times before. The staff are always very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The food is very good. The rooms are a good standard too. This is one of the better Premier Inns I have stared in and is obviously well managed.
