Stayed in a few Premier Inn’s but they do seem to have gone downhill and this is by far the worst. Was more like a HMO than a hotel. Would not stay again.

Filthy, crampbed, out dated room. Very old furniture, run down bathroom, dirty carpet, filthy windows. Awful experience. So disappointed ☹️

Perfect location. Clean and tidy. Bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very nice. Just what you expect from Premier Inn.

This is one of those PIs in a refurbished old building and this leads to a number of problems such as the central heating being very clunky (ours had the fuse taken out as it had been so noisy for the previous guests) and getting hot water in the bath was a struggle. However, having said that, the staff are very helpful and problems got sorted promptly and the hotel has a fabulous location right next to the Tyne Bridge and the prices in April were very reasonable indeed.

This hotels location is fantastic, so central and the view we had from our room was the quayside so we were lucky for that. Down side the rooms need a MASSIVE upgrade, furniture stained and falling apart, bathroom was falling apart and needed a good clean. Overall the hygiene wasn’t the best in the room but the bed was super comfortable (falling apart also) The room we had was boiling, could not turn heating off despite using instructions. Nothing was terrible just as I said needs major improvements in the rooms. Downstairs was lovely and staff were great, really friendly and super helpful. Good was amazing as always with plenty to choose from. I would stay again but only because these things don’t bother me too much.

I have been here several times. Just near tyne briedge and tyne river. Few minutes from everything, milenium briedge, the market on saturdays, the Pitch and piano the baltic art centre and nothumberland street. Absolutely a perfect location.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room which were nice and spacious. Room for a double bed, single and there was a fold out guest bed. This was really uncomfortable for my 11 year old daughter as she could feel the springs. The bathroom was small and very dated and in need of a deep clean. Can see that the corners get missed out when cleaning! This premier inn is in a fantastic quayside location and we had a room looking out quayside. Our room was on the 4th floor and nice and quiet which was good. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall this is in need of an upgrade but as a quick stop over was perfect for our needs and so reasonable. Would I come back? Doubt it but only because I enjoy travelling to different places.
