came up for a couple of day's break away with friends,see some sight's & go places during the day,out on the night's...Hotel was abit out of the way but we knew that amyway,was really easy to get to & from Newcsstle City Centre,around 15/20 mins which is nothing really by train...highly recommended stay,would choose again if or when we come again to Newcastle

Well positioned right next to Metro station and the airport, we had a great nights stay. Easy access to the city centre, metro centre and lovely surrounding countryside. Hotel is one of the older style so is slightly older style in some features, inc no A/C. Had 2 great nights sleep though.

The beds at this hotel are really comfortable so you always get a good nights sleep. Its right next to a metro station so its great to get into the city without having to drive. The only thing that would make it even better is to have a socket next to the headboard.

This hotel requires a major facelift. It is certainly not up to the standard of other Premier Inn hotels we have stayed at. The only things that we felt were positive and worth mentioning was level of service, bed comfort and location to airport. If that is what you want, then this hotel will tick these boxes.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions and have live it every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stop over. There is noise from the airport but it has never bothered us. The food at the pub next door is lovely. We always look forward to the carvery. There’s always plenty of choice and at a decent price.

Convenient for a night's stay as meeting friends ay airport next morning. Fabric of the hotel is a bit old and tired, not nearly as impressive as more modern Premier Inns but cleanliness is good, reception staff good, bed comfortable (as expected). Dinner and breakfast served at Greene King place next door - for the money, very good. Soundproofing isn't up to modern airport hotels standards; you certainly know when the airport starts up flight operations at around 0600hr but I'm an early riser anyway so not a dealbreaker.

Lovely stay and Sam was very helpful and friendly staff, would definitely stay again, great food in the restaurant next door, so handy being so close to the metro to go in to town, great free parking and being so close to the airport and visit family.

staff were very helpful. room was lovely and clean also food and drinks were next door which was even better.a nice women called Summer gave us fresh cups and towels and other bits as we were staying a few nights and was happy to help us. will definitely be back sometime.

Amazing team, staff couldn't do enough, the room was clean and large enough to stay in with my two children. The bed was amazingly comfortable, breakfast was next door and very good quality. The room had a lovely bath and shower as well
