First time here is was great

The room was very nice and the staff helpful

Nice stay, staff was kind enough to let me check in early because I was on the road for 10 hours. Appreciated that tremendously. Coffee was easily accessible. Pool and hot tub off limits, due to changing hands. Price was by far the cheapest for the Sugarcreek area, was nice that they considered that, because the pool was not open. Some upkeep issues but considering the changes coming made sense.

The desk clerk was amazing. Did all she could to make sure everything was great. There were a few seasonal “ladybugs or whatever” in the room otherwise the stay was good.

Excellent stay, from the staff to the room and hotel amenities, especially being “pet friendly “!!

We were visiting family and friends in NCT. The location is perfect. We came here when it was the Hampton Inn and to us it’s the same caliber with the new owners. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and good pillows. The bathroom was clean good water pressure. The free breakfast included cheese inlets biscuits and gravy, and make your own waffles. Everything else was your typical continental breakfast options. I loved the sugar cookies always available. We weren’t interested in the pool but I do not believe it was open nor the fitness center which didn’t bother us. We did hear Hilton will be taking it over and make it a Hilton Spark and will be doing renovations. I’m sure that will mean an increase in cost. Great stay staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to see the new place maybe next year.

The inn was very clean and inviting. The only negative was the breakfast.

Very pleasant hostess at checkin. Helpful in finding the venue we came down to see (star theater). Not crowded and was very clean
