We have been travelling across The US for ＞60 days. Our hotel brand of choice is a Marriott. Unfortunately this one wasn't up to the standard we have come to expect. On checking into our room I identified that the remote for the tv wasn't working. It was the only evening we wanted to watch a film before bed (time-bound as related to our travel the following day). I called immediately to ask for someone to attend the room. Over 30 mins later (and a further call) a lovely gentleman arrived and confirmed the batteries needed to be changed, and later changed them. All of the waiting (around 45 mins in total) meant we missed the opportunity to order any dinner from anywhere. Not great really. On the plus side the parking was easy and the service in the restaurant for breakfast the following morning was outstanding.
