The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Easy parking. The room type is ideal and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The hotel breakfast is very good and the wireless network is unblocked. It would be perfect if the indoor air conditioning sound was smaller.

Nice hotel in this area is the best environment and location are very convenient. The front desk service is very good. The breakfast is really very good. But this hotel room service is really almost meaningless.

Upon check in, we found our room to reek of cigar smoke. The window was wide open, the AC set at 60 and there was some sort of tabletop fan running. We asked the front desk to switch rooms, but unfortunately the hotel was full. After trying to turn the heat on (the room was quite cold), the unit shorted out repeatedly. Again we were told there were no other rooms. Finally, we noticed a gap between the wall and the unit that was letting in cold air from the outside. We had to cover that with towels. There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang wet towels other than one small bar (the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing). I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent
This hotel was chosen as the host hotel for our annual family reunion! Tori and Edward were certainly standouts at the front desk! There was an unexpected power failure during our stay. The hotel team made the best of a tough situation! The team remained professional and ensured that everyone was as comfortable as possible. Positive stay overall
JJackie KittellMy stay was quiet and that is what I was looking for. The woman at the front desk was nice when I was checking in. As far as the facilities there wasn't too many but I already knew that. The room was very clean, and when walking in smelled nice too. It's also close to a lot of convenient stores, places to eat etc. All within walking distance. Overall my stay was enjoyable.
GGuest UserMake sure to book through a 3rd party to get cheaper rates. The rooms are not big so less luggage the better. Rooms are outdated but serve the purpose. Room has a mini refrigerator and microwave which is nice. They have a nice breakfast option of cereal, toast, bagel, waffle, muffins, fruit, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. There is an elevator available. The surrounding area has many dinner and shopping options which is really nice, some within walking distance.
Mmdy616This is an outdated hotel that lacks an elevator. Every floor requires the use of steps or a ramp for the basement rooms. The hotel has a musty smell. The rooms were fairly clean. It has free in-room-wifi. When we visited the area the local college was having a homecoming football weekend so all of the other well known hotels were booked. The fact we were able to book four rooms on short notice kind of tells you this is not the first choice. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was adequate and not as many choices as you would find at other hotels. Don't use the snack vending machine! It took everyone's money without giving the snack. When I spoke to the person in charge the night it happened she was not helpful at all and asked if I could talk to the manager the next day when he came in. I was never able to speak to him because he was never there when I was so I lost my money. I heard several other similar complaints. Over all this was a very average hotel that is in dire need of upgrades.
TTiffany PittmanIt was a nice motel. There is a pool here. The service was nice and all of the employees were nice. It is a pet friendly environment. They have a nice little breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and a nice size.
GGuest UserThis hotel is fairly decent and from what I experienced the man who I waited for then had to go and get seemed nice however, try not to need anything because getting someone is like a lottery. You have to wait or search for help and that cheapens the stay. I understand guests may need help and you have to leave the desk however, come back guests want to check in and others may need help also. I had a corrosive coffee maker and took it down in exchange for another one never got it called the next morning to speak with the manager hoping she would locate one for me but she claimed to be busy and never returned the call or made the effort nonetheless, my room was clean and other than housekeeping, manager Rachel and the front desk staff are off escaping duties, my opinion but it spoke for itself. Seems to me if they are so busy doing their jobs guests needs should be met and that big bag of trash sitting in the hallway for over a day should’ve been removed and not a fixture next to the elevator. Also since they have so much of a need to be away from the desk seems to me they would invest in a cordless phone which only proves my point they don’t want to be bothered. Best advice always be mindful when on a job that your being paid for because you never knows who’s watching.
