Been a frequent visitor to this hotel. Close to downtown, parking is so convenient and lots of nice restaurants around.

Front desk was friendly,, rooms had a terrible body for smell to it , experience was overall average

Room is clean, but the equipment is old, air condition noice is quite big

The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are soft… a good value for money

The hotel was very nicely appointed. It had a refrigerator and a coffee station. The pillows were much too soft for my wife and me. But everything else was fine.

A convenient location to stay and visit near downtown Boston. Clean rooms.

Breakfast was pretty good. Nice that they had a pool and thehotel is connected to a bar called Social which is a cool place and just across the street from Boston's Best chicken wings Buff's Pub and a very great Pizza spot Max n Leo's dunkin donuts a liquor store also within a 2 minute walk... they seem to change ownership often but its a great location. I would say its a bit expensive for the 3.5 star level, but everything in Boston is expensive.

Late night check in wasn’t available and we had to wait in the lobby. Gym and pool available but limited: only free weights and no hottub

Room is so clean and staff are very kind :) I should be this hotel again absolutely

The hotel environment is good, but the hotel needs to pay for parking, which is $20 for 24 hours, which is not expensive. It feels like a hotel with a relatively high cost performance near Boston.

I booked a hotel for four nights, 15 minutes away from downtown Boston. This hotel is the worst series in my lifetime, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel! The hotel is located right above the New York to Boston Expressway, and the two-way high-speed traffic passes under the hotel, and there are even trains passing through the hotel. The indoor air conditioner is placed on the ground, and the noise is certainly not inferior to the hustle and bustle of the traffic on the highway. The noise level in the superimposed room can be imagined, and the quality of sleep and rest is extremely poor. If you complain about it, she will say that the hotel’s location has been explained on the hotel website, which means that you have to stay there with tears in your eyes. But I booked the room on Ctrip, and Ctrip did not tell me the location of the hotel. How could Ctrip put this hotel on the list? I proposed to check out early, and Ctrip customer service communicated with the hotel to no avail, so I was asked to communicate directly with the hotel. Fortunately, my English is OK, and I tried to communicate with the front desk to check out. The hotel front desk said that it is absolutely impossible to check out, and they can consider helping to change rooms. I asked: Does the hotel really have rooms that are not noisy? Finally, we changed to a room with about half the decibel of outdoor noise as the previous room, but the air conditioner was still noisy, so we turned the room to a cooler before going to bed, and then turned off the air conditioner to barely sleep. The hotel service was even worse. The front desk staff was a minority with a strong accent, and the work efficiency was not high. You had to wait for more than ten minutes for a guest in front of you. One day, the room was not cleaned! I was shocked when I came back and entered the room at night! If you complain to her, she will ask you to find her supervisor to play Tai Chi with you. The hotel manager is only in the daytime, and you can't find the person in charge at night. The hotel has no laundry room, which is not suitable for family travel and multi-day stay. Only two of the three elevators are open. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator in the morning. The cleaner pushes the cleaning cart and takes the elevator with the guests staying in the hotel. The gym is so-so. It claims to have a swimming pool, but it is very small, not even as big as the old bathhouse, and it is not for swimming at all. In short, it is so bad that I am speechless to be able to book such a hotel on Ctrip. This time I booked the hotel and it was a real bummer. I kept apologizing to my wife and kids.
