Please understand that all hotels in Jeju Island have ceased providing disposable amenities since March, in compliance with new environmental regulations. To support this initiative, we encourage guests to bring their own personal hygiene products, while disposable toothbrushes and other necessities are available for purchase from vending machines located on the first floor.Regarding the lack of water supply from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM on April 3rd, we extend our sincerest apologies. As explained on-site, this was due to a malfunction of the booster pump, and repairs took over an hour to complete. We regret any inconvenience this caused and have offered compensation through complimentary services such as breakfast, airport transfer, and late checkout. While we cannot guarantee that our facilities will be free from malfunctions all year round, we promise to address any issues promptly and do our utmost to compensate our guests.We are committed to providing excellent service and a comfortable stay for our guests.
