Two front desk staff, Junee and Sophia, are very helpful, efficient and very polite.They are young in age but patiently listen to the request. Both are very impressive and valuable staff. Room services lady on 9/F is very smart and helpful. Hygiene is very high standard.

We had a very nice stay. Friendly staff and very help full. Organized car for our trip to golf course. Bad thing was restaurant. We ordered chicken chops, they did not have so we changed to wings, but we got chops, unfortunately they were under cooked and bloody inside.

The hotel facilities are very new and the room layout is very reasonable. I booked a garden king-size bed room in advance on Ctrip, and the front desk upgraded it to a suite for free, with a better view and space. The staff had a good service attitude.

Out-of-town cars are not allowed to enter the Third Ring Road. I chose this hotel because the location is very good and it is close to the highway. The ladies at the hotel front desk are very nice, especially Xiaobian, Xiaojie and Xiaoyuan, who enthusiastically help push luggage and deliver things. Hilton is still the same as always, without luxurious decoration, but warm and practical and comfortable to live in. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is also good.

The hotel I stayed in when I took my mother to Beijing for a trip. The environment was quiet and green. I was satisfied with the stay. The crab pot in the hotel was also delicious. The only shortcoming might be the breakfast. The noodle stall was not open in the morning. I wanted to eat wontons and noodles, but I didn't eat them for several days in a row.

Check-in was quick and easy, the view was great, and next to it was Daoxiang Lake, which was very convenient for taking children to play. There was also a restaurant on the first floor that tasted good. I will choose this place again next time.

The scenery near the hotel is beautiful. When I checked in, the front desk June gave me a free upgrade. Parking is convenient. Go to the front desk to get a parking coupon. There is no parking fee. The service level of the staff is really great, making people feel as warm as returning home.
