Room was clean and had all needed amenities. It is about 15minutes walk from Asok BTS/ Terminal 21 but hotel provides tuktuk service every 30mins after 10am everyday.

This hotel is little far from the train station but nonetheless hotel provide tutu to terminal 21 which is near BTS. There massage, 7-11 and beauty shop nearby which is quite convenient for us.

First time writing a negative review ! I arrive for a three night stay after leaving a 4 star hotel and upgrading to a 5 star hotel. I was shocked to see the view of a wall Infront of my window. The room was average and not 5 star. Dean from the reception promised to move me the be next day and unfortunately and assured me it’s in the system to move me. Unfortunately he wasn’t there and no me put the effort to move me. The breakfast buffet is a disaster. Took me 35 minutes to be seated. Very bad organization for a 5 star hotel. Being fully booked is not a reason for bad service.

Had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 with my family, the hotel provides free Tuk-Tuk service to Terminal 21 nearest Asok BTS station every 30mins. It also provides complimentary chocolate hour from 4-5pm for all guests. The hotel has a rooftop bar, gym and a pool. And there is a 7-eleven just 2mins walk,

Definitely not a 5* hotel. We were given a room with such a low ceiling that I could touch it, also the room size was maximum 16 sq.m, not 33 as in the description. I asked to change but hotel was full and it wasn’t possible, they suggested a smoking room if I want (I didn’t know smoking rooms still exist). Next day we could get a new room in main building which was different. Beware of second floor rooms in separate building. Breakfast is very average compared to few hotels I stayed in Bangkok, choice is not good, also restaurant feels like canteen, incredibly crowded and loud. I would stay here again only if I can’t find other options and only if the price will be less than other hotels in the area. Staff is quite good, they try to help. Location is quite far from Sukhumvit road, will take about 7-10 min walk.

Hotel is a but far from BTS but have free shuttle traveling from metro subway to hotel. Room is decent but getting a bit aging

The hotel is not near BTS or subway. At least 10 mins walk. However hotel do provide tuk tuk shuttle from 10am to 8pm. Tuk tuk shuttle is very limited seat and do have hotel guest that not considerable at all and wish to occupy the whole tuk tuk by themselves. Room is out dated, towel carry not dry smell. Breakfast is very much simple more like Indian breakfast. This is not movenpick standard that I know. Will not come back for sure.

Hotel and room very comfortable. Breakfast amazing. But its location is quite far from the key landmarks (it takes time to commute by train or cab)

Stained sheets … ew bathrobe has hair on it.. and very old as it has holes on it. :/ Room has unpleasant smell. Concierge was very helpful. Front desk are not, and i asked for some room amenities (slippers) but after waiting for an hour and so, none came..
