This stay was a bad experience. The purpose of this hot spring trip was to take my parents and children to have a good rest and relax, but we were injured in the hand by the hair dryer in the hotel. The elderly and children were frightened all night and only slept for four or five hours, and were exhausted physically and mentally. Let me give an objective evaluation. In terms of hygiene: we booked a lake view room, and the balconies of both rooms were covered with dead mosquitoes. No one cleaned the room before check-in, so people with trypophobia should be careful. In terms of equipment: the hair dryer in the public area exploded, and it was in the hot spring area. There was no professional maintenance staff to check it. It was very scary to be in such a humid place where electric shock is very easy to happen. There were also problems such as the door locks and chandeliers in the guest rooms. It is hard to imagine that in a room that costs eight or nine hundred yuan a night, the balcony lock is difficult to open and the bedside chandelier is broken. In terms of service attitude: the hotel's housekeeping department, catering department and other service staff are still very heartwarming, but the attitude of the hotel leaders in dealing with problems is very chilling, and they tested our bottom line again and again. I think if the Cultural Tourism Bureau and the police station had not intervened, according to the negotiation plan given by the hotel at the beginning, they would only pay our medical expenses, and even the room fee would not be waived for us. If the subsequent itinerary had not been arranged, I think I would have stayed and had a good fight with them.

The room was renovated from an old guest room. The soundproofing is OK, but it is really old. The partitions are all dusty, but the kids like it and don't want to leave. The accommodation and hot spring service are OK, but the food is really a rip-off. The 198 set meal for 2-3 people in the restaurant is really... The buffet is 118 per person. What did we eat? I started coming to this hot spring in 2014 and have been here many times. The hot springs are excellent, and the main feature is outdoor hot springs. There are more than 20 pools of different types outdoors, surrounded by dwarf pine and bamboo forests and other cold-resistant plants. The pools and layout are also antique, and because the location is far away from the city, there are no abrupt high-rise buildings around, and it is also very quiet, especially at night when you soak outdoors, the bamboo forest is swaying, the night sky is starry, and the outdoor hot spring experience should be the only one in Shandong Province; the disadvantage is that there are relatively few indoor pools, only one large and two small + a swimming pool. The disadvantage of the guest room is that the sound insulation is not good, especially the sound insulation of the room door is relatively poor, and any sound in the corridor can be heard.

I highly recommend the outdoor hot springs, which are not cold in winter. They can quickly relieve fatigue. The children are all in the large indoor pool and have fun. I highly recommend the restaurant where you can eat. The food is very authentic and the price is moderate.

The only drawback is that the breakfast is far worse than before. We were the first batch of guests when Tianmu Hot Spring just opened, and witnessed the growth of Tianmu Hot Spring.
