They do not speak any world of English, it is not really easy for foreigner. The hotel is big, with new forniture and clean. Good location near panda research base center.

Wanting to visit the panda research centre early in the morning this hotel was our first choice in terms of location and we were not letdown. It is ideally located at the Metro station and both, the city as well as the research centre by Bus 409 can be reached very easy. The staff are super friendly and the room is fantastic. Would do it again! 

Will come back again to this hotel, the space is big and our family can rest very well

Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

The hotel is new and nice . The bed is very comfortable. Our stay was short but I want to say special thanks to receptionist Xiang Jinfeng and receptionist Pan Jiayu for answering all our questions about trip to Panda base. They were very helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a unique blend of convenience and heartfelt service. If you're arriving by subway, be prepared for a bit of a walk along the side road, especially if you have big luggage. However, the location more than makes up for it as it's very close to the Panda Base, just a 5-minute bus ride away. The hotel even offers a free bus service to the Panda Base, which is a fantastic perk! One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful surprise service. The hotel sent a robot to our room, delivering a sweet selection of fruits. Families with children will also be thrilled to receive free panda toys, adding an extra touch of joy to the stay. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. A standout feature was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a modern, tech-savvy twist to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Panda Base or looking for a memorable stay!

The hotel is quite new. The room is clean and comfy. The staff are nice. We have a nice stay.

Pleasant hotel and staff. Breakfast options pretty good except for no cold orange juice or soft drink options. Nice room, good layout and great amenities. Got my free gift upon arrival as C-Trip Platinum member.

Good locations, clean, good technology in the room except the toilet light sometimes censor not detected and the lights went off. Overall a good new experience. For room services. They do use the robot for delivery items like water and towek etc. The place is near to two attractions , panda centre and man hua garden

I chose this hotel specifically to get to the Panda Base early. The location is easy to find, five minutes away from the Panda Base Car City. The hotel is clean and tidy, with Huawei smart rooms, free parking, complete facilities, and a laundry room and gym. It is very convenient, with rich breakfast varieties and many places to eat nearby.

Facilities: Smart customer service, you can turn on and off the lights without getting up, which is very convenient Hygiene: It is very clean and it is very clean every time I go there Environment: The environment is clean and tidy, whether it is the lobby or the room, it is very comfortable Service: The front desk service is very good.
