Home Hotel, located in the heart of Xinyi District, is one of those places where you instantly slow down the moment you step inside. It doesn't boast dazzling crystal chandeliers or deliberately ostentatious luxury. The exterior, a blend of wood and metal, is understated yet timeless. The entrance isn't grand, but it feels like a space that understands the beauty of minimalism, making you feel comfortable at first glance. The atmosphere shifts the moment you enter the lobby. The front desk staff speak in a relaxed, natural tone, unhurried, like friends familiar with the city's rhythm. The space isn't overly decorated, yet it possesses a 'just right' sense of ease, offering complimentary hot tea to guests for a warm welcome. The meticulous design of the guest rooms is subtly present in every corner. Upon opening the door, the wooden floors and warm yellow lighting immediately induce relaxation. The furniture features clean, simple lines with no superfluous decoration, yet you can feel the subtlety and thoughtfulness of ********* design everywhere. The long desk is perfect for spreading out a laptop, camera, and travel notes. The bedside reading lamp provides just the right amount of light without being harsh. The excellent water pressure in the separate shower and toilet is one of the details I value most. These aren't luxuries, but thoughtful touches. It's the kind of comfort that makes you want to return again and again. Stepping out of Home Hotel, you're right in the most charming living area of Xinyi District. Department stores, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, coffee shops, small bars, curated boutiques... every street has its own rhythm, and every corner holds the possibility of a surprise. The Xinyi District is even more captivating at night, with neon lights reflecting off glass facades, clean streets, and a sweet, humid scent in the air. As you stroll back to the hotel, you realize that the greatest luxury in travel isn't the sights, but the space that allows you to pause. Home Hotel isn't the grandest or most extravagant hotel. The location of Home Hotel is excellent. You can just walk to malls, restaurants, bars, convenient stores even Taipei 101 is just a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a big breakfast buffet spread and the price is reasonable. The hotel arranged also our shutting back to the airport easily. The hotel is also very easy for Uber to find. The hotel service is topnotch and they respond to requests right away. For me this hotel was a great place stay exploring Taipei. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel and comfort stay , very close to business district

The hotel's location is super convenient. The room was large and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Although it's on a street with a lot of bars, which can get noisy at night, the reception staff noticed we had a child and thoughtfully arranged a quieter room for us.

Clean, good location near Taipei 101, the MRT, and shopping centers.

It is Located in a perfect location for nightlife and near metro stations. Also there is a convenient and department stores nearby for you to spend a day or more. The room is clean and spacious staff are so friendly. They didn’t provide amenities like tooth paste brush and razers.

Great and friendly service from the team right away the moment from me alighting my Uber ride from the airport, until I checked out. It's also situated in a very lively area and surrounded by atass malls; extremely accessible area near 2 MRT stations of different lines (Red and Blue lines). Decent and clean rooms and great food and performances at the bistro. Will definitely drop by when I come back to Taipei.

The location is good, it is just next to Breeze NanShan, the room is quite big but just the towel is not hygienic at all

Hotel is small but the location is excellent, basically within walking distance to everything you want to around Taipei 101. Yes it will be noisey since its in downtown but thats something I'm willing to sacrifice for the convenience. First day check in went smoothly front desk staff was very friendly and worked efficiently, but that is where the positives end. I stayed for total of 3 nights, for the first two nights, since I'm solo traveling and I'm not a messy person, I put on the DND light and chose not need housekeeping. For the third night I finally put on the housekeeping light and left my room around 10-11am, when I came back later I found my room was not cleaned at all and I was told since its late they can only offer me fresh towels. I'm an easygoing person so I didnt make a big fuzz about it, but just surprising to me since I have never been to a hotel that failed at the one thing they are supposed to do.

The area around the hotel is very lively at night, and there's also a gym available!

The location is very convenient, close to Taipei 101. The only downside might be that it's a bit noisy at night due to the bar street downstairs, but it's not a major issue. The overall environment is also good.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!! THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN AND RUIN MY WHOLE TAIPEI TRIP!!!!!!!!! I am writing this to warn all travelers. Our stay at Home Hotel Xinyi turned into a nightmare involving police intervention due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff. 1. Aggressive Behavior: While sitting outside the hotel, we were harassed by restaurant staff. Despite complying with their request to leave, a male staff member aggressively threw a plastic cup filled with a sugary alcoholic drink at us. The liquid splashed all over my wife’s back and permanently damaged her Chanel handbag. 2. Dishonesty & Cover-up: We sought help from the front desk, only to be met with hostility and lies. One receptionist claimed the involved staff had left, which was a blatant lie. We had to call the police (110). Only after the police arrived did the staff reappear, and the manager eventually admitted to the incident under police questioning. 3. Poor Management: The Deputy GM’s response was dismissive, trying to deflect responsibility by claiming it happened in the "restaurant area," despite us being checked-in guests.

Conveniently located. However, they don’t have a gym in the hotel. They provide access to a public gym for free though.
