One of the staff was not friendly, not allowing guest to stay in common area after checkout.

Very friendly staff. I was travelling by bike at the time and they were able to store my bike in a safe and secure place. I was also able to do some laundry as well. A good place for travellers to stay whilst in Belgrade!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, easy access to all facilities i.e. attractions, transports, food and drinks, very good value for money.

The location is great, just a few minutes away from the Republic square and all the main streets. The room was very small (I feel it would be uncomfortable to stay there with someone else, happy that I stayed there alone), there was air conditioning that could heat up the room very quickly. The bathroom was fairly clean and had a washing machine as well. The staff were nice especially considering I was very late for my check-in:) Nice for a quick stay if you only need to sleep and have stuff to do outside

Easy access.

I arrived at the Hostel during midnight due to my flight's delay. However, staff at the hostel was so kind and enjoyed staying here to talk with person who came from various countries. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Location is perfect and in the middle of belgrade city

I booked a private room with my 10-year-old son to stay for 1 night and paid for it. When I arrived at the hotel, they took us to a room with bunk beds because they rented our room to someone else. Even though the room they took us to was cheaper, they did not pay the price difference. The room we stayed in had air conditioning, but the air conditioning in the room they took us to was not working. We waited in the room like this, my child was sick, we had to accept it because we didn't have much of a choice, otherwise we would have stayed on the street, the room we stayed in smelled bad and had a window on the main street, we couldn't sleep until the morning because of the constant car and horn sounds, because of your bad service.

The price is not cheap, there is no private bathroom, the room is very small, and there is basically no internet.

I arrived after a night flight and the kind receptionist checked me in early. I am very grateful to her! The hostel is good, in the very center of Belgrade.

It's normal, you can find better in Belgrade for the same money. Cheap, of course. The owner is a good, responsive person. I didn’t like the behavior of the other staff; they treated other guests with disrespect during night arrivals. When asked to turn off the lights in the middle of the night, they said that the hostel was open 24 hours a day.

The sanitation of this youth hostel is very poor. There are mosquitoes and bedbugs in the room. The lights are broken and the air conditioner is not turned on. There are 4 garbage bins outside the window, and there are many flies and mosquitoes. The bedding and towels are terrible. I booked a double bed room, which is in the same suite with an 8-person room and a multi-person room. There are many guests, most of whom are backpackers. The living room is shared, and the foot odor is unimaginable. Although there are shared toilets and kitchens, the sanitation is poor. The quality is poor and the price is high. The room price, including tax, is about RMB 300 per day. It is not worth it. I suggest that Ctrip eliminate this youth hostel.

The service is very poor. The location of this hotel is OK, but it is full of gypsies living there. I don't feel safe. One day it showed that there were rooms available, but when I booked it, they said there were no rooms, so I had to look for other hotels.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE!😡 If you value your time, money and time, then I strongly recommend that you do not check into this hostel. My husband and I booked a separate double room. When checking into the hotel, we were told that our reservation was not there and other people were living in the room! My husband and I were put in different rooms, there were 8 people in my room, 6 in my husband’s room. This did not suit us at all, but we had no choice, since all the hotels in the city were full due to the Rummstein concert. Naturally, no one returned the difference in money to us... I began to suspect that this is how the hostel employees make their money. Since the next day we were still offered to check into a double room, but for this we had to pay an additional 120 euros! Although the room itself costs only 3-4 thousand rubles per day. The hostel itself is not bad and relatively clean. The location is great. But the employees who work there spoil absolutely the whole impression!
