Overall pretty good. It's a relatively good hotel in Rarotonga, but the rooms are a bit old. The breakfast food in the restaurant is pretty good, and there are many water sports right next door.

The resort was glorious. I loved every minute. The food was delicious. We had a beachfront suite and it was perfect. The bed was so comfy. The staff were so attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this resort.

I don’t know how to fault this hotel. What I’m most impressed was the hospitality shown to us by the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant. Even the cleaning staff were amazing; they kept the room very clean and tidy for us, even after we have messed up (with sand in the bathroom and floor) - it’s something we as frequent travellers don’t see often! Some staff also remembered our names! That made us feel so at home. The room is cosy and large. Food is great. I definitely recommend this resort, if you are after a touch of local and not a whole lot of modern structures, try this resort. It’s worth the experience and the penny.

Our stay at Pacific Resort Rarotonga was absolutely amazing! We traveled with our kids and another family, and the resort was perfect for all of us. We stayed in a Premium Family Room near the pool, and it was awesome! While it was smaller than the Garden Family Room, we were really happy with the layout, and the location was unbeatable. The kids absolutely loved being so close to the pool—it made our days so much easier and more fun. The pool itself was incredible, quickly becoming everyone’s favorite spot. The cocktails were fantastic, and the kids club was a great bonus, keeping the kids entertained while we relaxed. The beach was beautiful, and we had a blast using the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards to explore the lagoon. Plus, having amazing restaurants nearby was a huge perk—especially the Mexican one, which was our favorite! We were super happy with our resort choice. Pacific Resort Rarotonga delivered a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday. We’d absolutely recommend it for families and groups!

The place had the most amazing service - all the stuff were extremely polite happy and so willing to help. More to the point everyone was so happy and there was a sense of calm and relaxation at the resort. So amazing loved our stay x

Nice and really great for where in the world it is
We stayed in the family bungalo. It was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was included and minimal but satisfactory. The pool was nice and clean - no heater.
