This hotel is a delightful gem on the Nha Trang waterfront. In a good location and surrounded by numerous places to eat, drink and shop. Modern and well-furnished rooms are also suitable for a medium-long stay. Comfortable beds. Cleaning with attention to detail. Traffic may be noticeable during rush hour as the windows are not soundproofed. But you can always choose the opposite side, city view, very quiet. We tried both. Indoor and essential pool on the 21st floor for quick muscle awakening and some gym equipment. Well-assorted breakfast in a relaxing environment. The staff is kind and attentive. Excellent value for money.

Near to beach and plenty of food outlets near the hotel.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the beach, tourist attractions, cheap, easy to travel to the cable car, close to cafes and restaurants.

We spent a week in this hotel and took a family room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, on the first line, the beds are comfortable, I slept well, the windows overlook the city, I think it’s calmer, the view of the sea means the road is noisier, the balcony is advertised, but in fact, you can only stand on it, very small, breakfast quite average, but if you like scrambled eggs, vegetables, you won’t go hungry, the staff is very friendly, but one thing happened when checking out, we were in a hurry to get to the airport, quickly packed our suitcases, checked out our room, we were told that the room was missing one pair of rubber slippers, We had double rooms, when I got up, I saw that in one room there were indeed two pairs of slippers in the closet, and in the other one, we took the slippers once, we didn’t leave the room in them, there was no time to sort it out, we paid the fine and were sure that in a hurry they stuffed them into suitcases, but when they arrived they weren’t found there, it’s our fault that we didn’t immediately check the availability of everything according to the list they give upon check-in, it turns out that we paid for someone to take them away before us (

Very nice view from the window, good breakfasts, soft mattress, excellent price-quality ratio. The only thing is that we bought into the early check-in - it was not there and the hotel has no idea that the site offers users such bonuses. The pool was not impressive.

There is a bad smell from the carpet in the hallway. The smell seeps into the room. The person who cleans before 8 o'clock Even though I'm ringing the bell and looking, the sheets aren't changed. Family trip together after 4 years My children were studying abroad and couldn't go on a trip due to the coronavirus, so it was my first time planning a family trip in a long time and I paid a lot of attention to accommodations. The Vietnamese staff were friendly and I had a mental breakdown after receiving my room assignment. It was not the Sea View Family Suite we booked through the link. The space was a bit small, especially in the photo, there was a sofa and table, but there were none, so I went down to the front desk and showed them the reservation app for about 2 hours, but I couldn't communicate properly, so I worked hard to make them understand through Papago. It turns out that the hotel contacted me through Agoda for a room one level lower. It's not the hotel's fault. It was so absurd, I wasted so much time trying to communicate, and I was so tired from the trip.

Serve fried eggs with shells. Hard and smelly meat that cannot be eaten. One cheese to choose from, two stinky sausages. But there is a lot of bread: just rolls without filling. There are no desserts. Three types of cookies to choose from. It was very dirty: there were food residues on the floor, stains on the curtains and tablecloths. We checked into room 1009 on July 10 and have been living here ever since. So, the TV is splashed with suntan lotion, there is no dryer for bathing, the curtains and tulle are soaked in dust, dirt and stains, the toilet stinks of urine. The windows do not close tightly, which is why there is a very strong noise in the room both day and night. Very slow Wi-Fi. In general, I do not advise choosing this hotel
