We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

Stayed here for 23 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't see their bad attitude and use their native language to say bad things about customers at busy times although I saw the crowd are so noise when check in. The clean facilities, unique interior, friendly service from the staff, and cozy bedding were perfect. However, since there are so many budget hotels in Nha Trang, the price may seem a bit expensive, but considering the satisfactory service, accessibility to the city, and the fact that it is a new building, I think it is not a bad choice. There were many kinds of breakfast, so I couldn't try them all, but there was also banh xeo and rice noodles. The coffee served separately was delicious and seemed to be made at the cafe. I always use the gym, and it had the best facilities among the hotels I've been to in Nha Trang. The swimming pool was a little larger than that of a 4-star hotel, but the number of sunbeds seemed insufficient. I felt they were considerate of Koreans by giving them a piece of paper with Korean language information about major facilities.

Завтрак очень разнообразный, были фрукты, йогурт в баночка личного производства, панно кота с кофейным соусом, Дим сан, суп фобо, много выпечки, сосиски, омлет, изумительно вкусный вьетнамский кофе, вообщем с азиатской кухней мы познакомились и голодными не остались! Прилагаю фото. Бассейн чистый, но были там пару раз, поскольку море близко, но на городском пляже платные полотенца, шизлонги и зонтики.На пару утренних часов нам это не особо было нужно, чистый песочный пляж и тень всегда находили. Интересен этот отель тем, что почти каждый день проходят свадьбы у местных. И с интересом можно наблюдать за их обычиями и нарядом невесты. В отеле есть конференц залов, 5 ресторанов вместимостью до 300 человек. Есть платные услуги:сауна, джакузи, турецкая сауна и массаж. В пешей доступности находится ночной рынок, много кафешек, и минимагазинчик с продуктами. Совсем близко лотос. Заселили нас очень быстро, мы приехали в 5 утра, депозит не брали. Рекомендую этот отель для туристов, которые любят экскурсии, но не сидеть в отеле.

I had a chance to stay during the 30/04 and 01/05 Holidays in Nha Trang. I'd say the hotel gave me a cozy atmosphere and a warm impression instead of luxury. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. The price range is quite reasonable. I only stayed at a standard room but if you want to upgrade I think they have other options also. And Google Map really didn't do this hotel justice. It took me literally only 3 minutes walk to get to the beach but on the map it said 10 or 15 mins!

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Hotel on amateur! The rooms are small , but this is a hotel just for walking , not for resting in it without leaving it. The room has a refrigerator, a teapot, a closet (bathrooms), a shower normal and tropical , a bed soft , but you sleep well. Cleaning every day, filling of items and water, changing towels. Every day was given: tea, coffee, toothbrush, razor , watt sticks and shower hat. The hotel has a gym on the 20th floor (small but it is possible to do), sauna (almost warm) and hamm (heat be healthy), work from 16-00 to 17-00 The pool on the 21st floor is also modest , but combined with the hamm was great. The pool is children's and adults in one place . On the 21st floor of a cafe , where you can order juices , alcoholic beverages and food. On the 1st floor, the restaurant where breakfast is the Swedish table. Let's say so slightly above average, not many dishes, but the quality of their preparation is noticeable. After breakfast in the restaurant to 20-00 you can order on the menu! Location in the vain , near the market in a couple of minutes walk , beach with lotus in five minutes walk , supermarket winmart in a minute walk , various cafes, muzzles, street food , rolled around the hotel . The hotel is worth its money, but it is not all !

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.
