We reserved this place because it was managed bh Marriott. Unless there was many cheap places. But the place was dirty. No slippers but the carpet was very dirty. There was trashes and bags of food and snickers around the bed, on the back of wardrobes. It was messy, dirty and the service was so bad. Expensive. Bar didn’t have any draft beer in their beer sinks and bartender didn’t know what he had and was dull. He didn’t wanted any order. I never been to such hostile place paying 120$ per night where other same ranking places were 40$-50$ at most.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

The hygiene of the hotel is worrying, and it is strongly recommended that you choose carefully. First of all, there was a strange smell when we got out of the elevator on the third floor. Second, the most unbearable thing was that the mites and other insects on the bed bit us a lot, and the whole body was itchy and uncomfortable. In addition, we booked a room for two days. That night, we saw that there was water on the toilet floor and almost fell. After checking, we found that the pipe under the washbasin was leaking, so we could only use two large bath towels to spread on the ground. When I checked out, I told the room about these problems. The front desk only said that I knew it, and the attitude was blunt. Also, after waiting for a long time, the bill will not be printed, and finally I have to leave! Anyway, I will not come back in the future. I have seen the Nicaragua Falls for most of the day at most. The surrounding area is basically wasteland. It is recommended to stay at most for one night or leave the day after watching the waterfall.

First room we stayed in the heat never got above 68, even with setting thermostat to max. TV only had local channels. We were told, they were having with internet. They promised to resolve issues the next day. After being out all day, we returned to the same issues. We were moved to a different room, so are second night was much better. Hotel is under remodeling, which we were not made aware of when booking. Staff were friendly, though unable to resolve issues. Fitness Center was nice, pool was closed. Both rooms decor was nice and they were clean.

I really liked the atmosphere it felt modern while sticking to its roots from the original chocolate factory. I also loved the soze fo the room. Plenty of space. I didn't really care for the gym due to limited options.

The hotel is in great shape. It is clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights with two young kids and we had a great time in the hotel.
