Amazing location 2 minute walk to falls. Quiet. Staff were nice. And a decent price

The hotel is close to the Falls (US side).
It is also very close to the Ourbus bus stop (we came from New York with a lot of suitcases and we chose it for this reason).
If I were to go again, I wouldn't stay there again. We found the room dirty upon arrival. During our stay (three nights) cleaning was never carried out.

The hotel was based very near to Niagara so the location is very convenient. However, at reception I felt a sense of passive aggression from the clerk at midnight which was unsoothing. The variety for breakfast was poor as there was only waffles and there were barely any amenities provided.
