Although no breakfast provided, but I really appreciated the 24hours complimentary coffee, tea and hot water at the lobby. Definitely recommend this place if you wish for a cozy nights at Niagara Falls, strategic location and comfortable hotel. Niagara park is just a few steps away!

Location is good just 3 minute ride to Niagara Falls State Park, room is wide. Over all we have a great stay and they allowed us to extend 1 hour since we checked in late. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I booked a hotel by mistake on USA side and when I try to negotiate they are unable to do that even though making them clear before the check in time. They don’t care about guest they are just after Money

The hotel swimming pool was not functional. There was no water in the room.
Had to pay for parking even though I was a guest in the hotel. Expected better from Holiday Inn but the quality and service has degraded a lot.

性價比不錯，中規中矩，適合旅遊的家庭。樓下一個餐廳是個網紅餐廳，特別的菜品是烤雞翅。草莓蛋糕🍰是值得一試的甜品。到大瀑布是走路的距離，穿過瀑布公園就可以看到大瀑布。
