I'm very mad because I didn't get my money back for somewhere I didn't never get a Chance to stay a night at never got a room never seen or talk to any one at the office because it was closed when I got off the high way I will never buy a room from them again and never us this trip.com app no more.

1. Stayed for 2 Nights, No one clean the room 2. Need to Ask for Towel to be changed 3. Phone not working 4. Room not clean 5. Limited Breakfast, only bread, cupcakes and cereals 6. Juice Machine NOT working 7. Coffee Machine Not working (fixed after complained)

Decent price, clean, and not that far from the falls. Overall a decent motel.

we went there in winter season and the heater is not warm enough. But the good thing is the staffs gave us a heater. The environment is really good and there’s a lot of shopping areas around.

The ad said it included breakfast. There was no breakfast provided. We were told it closed down for the season. Also the smoke detector had no batteries in it

Paid for a king room, got 2 queens. Had to wake the owner up for breakfast and then told me to come back in a 1/2 hr. Left a gallon of milk, stale cereal, 2 loaves of bread, about a dozen tiny donuts and muffins and then must of went back to bed because never saw him again. Whole dining area hadn’t been cleaned up from the last time they fed ppl. Lovely stay.

Upon our arrival, the door to reception was locked and no front desk person was there. we rang bell many times for several minutes to no avail. There was another person also waiting. Being out of country I had to turn on my cellular phone plan to call the number which cost us $25 to do so. When the man arrived he was rude and told us check in was at 3pm and it was 2:45. The website told us there was 24 hour service at front desk. He looked like we woke him up. When we booked it indicated there was a continental breakfast. Front desk told us that they took it from their website but we had booked 6 weeks prior to arrival and it was on the website then. He advised he would have it ready for 8:30-10 am. There was only coffee, no tea and no juice. There was a loaf of bread and a few packets of jam. There was also a package of mini muffins. It was a very dirty area in the breakfast room with spills all over from others. The room had no wash cloths, the sink was clogged and didn’t drain. The ceiling was gross with brown drip marks all over. Needs cleaned!! The parking lot was strewn with garbage and broken glass. Needs to be swept and garbage cleaned up. Will say the beds were comfortable.

I find a lot of beetle and cockroach on the bed and bed and in the bathroom There was nobody at the office to check in We were waiting half and hour behind the door It is a nasty place Don’t waste your money and time I am so disappointed at you guys ******* for referring this hotel on your website
