The staff was very very cooperative and provided us the Tea and cooking’s etc on arrival without any charge and also check in was complete in just two minutes- Room was spacious and everything was good

This Hotel is near to Niagara Falls, can easily walk and very convenient to watch Night fireworks. In Morning can visit Rides. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free and had lot of spots. Complimentary Breakfast was good and had many options. Vegetarian menu was less just bread and butter. But overall it’s convenient place to stay near Niagara Falls.

Check in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising. They said they’ll looking into the matter but can’t do anything for now. They didn’t issue me a credit note for the amount charged. There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise 😡. They couldn’t get it up in 48 hours! Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous. They couldn’t serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast .

The room is nice and the surrounding environment is good. It is a 10-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area. The surrounding environment is as follows

Facilities: The room itself looks a bit old due to its age, but it is well maintained. The table has been improved and can be pulled out, which is very useful. It is a desk. Compared with other hotels in the United States, this one is smaller. Parking: Need to confirm whether there is a parking fee. Hygiene: The overall design of the toilet is relatively old and it looks a bit small.

It is next to the waterfall, and it is very convenient to get there. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. Jennifer and Joshua at the front desk are very welcoming.
