The hotel room could use an overall deep clean but the staff and breakfast were friendly and delish!

The pool area was filthy! There were chunks of hair and used band aid around and inside the pool. There were dirty towels on the chairs.
Our room was very dirty. There was unflushed urine in our toilet when we checked in. There was a birthday candle and plastic bag on the floor. The carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed.

Room was okay. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Gym needs more equipment and free weights as there is enough machines. Didn’t check out pool.

3 night stay, and 2 of them with elevator out of service, with a handicapped guest and only whe asked, I was given 10% of last night. Horrible experience.
