The view was great, but the hotel was a little old!! Also, the tram in the middle was not in operation, so I had a hard time asking if I could go around the hill. I think it would have been better if I had checked before going to see when it was closed.

well The place is HUGE but the view was worth every penny! I loved being able to see the sunrise over the falls in the morning and the changing lights at night right from our bedroom window! The complimentary reception was nice, snacks went quick but we enjoyed the cocktails.
Disappointed the pool was shut down that night but we dipped into the hot tub in the morning.
PARKING price is insane, 100$ for valet, but the lot isn't to far for 35$ and they shuttle you back to the hotel.
Location was great, it is some walking though so wear your sneakers!!

The room with a view of the waterfall was truly the best, and the size and facilities of the room were perfect for a family to stay together. The family members were also very satisfied.
The indoor swimming pool wasn't well-equipped, but it was good for families to spend an hour or two together.
However, the breakfast buffet menu was very monotonous and the taste was average, not satisfactory.

It was my first trip to Niagara, but it was off-season and I was worried when I checked in, but they recommended upgrading to a suite with a better view for an additional fee, so I felt a bit bitter but said okay. But when I entered the room... wow... I thought I knew why they recommended an upgrade. The Canadian side of the falls literally stretched out before my eyes. There was an additional bedroom near the entrance, so it was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. Perhaps because of environmental issues, the amenities are simple and it costs extra to even wear slippers, but I think this is right considering environmental issues. Anyway, this hotel has the best view. Even if you're a little over budget, I recommend a room with a nice view. You can enjoy Maiagara’s day, night, and sunrise. I was very lucky to see both snowstorms and sunny weather. I am very grateful to the employee who recommended the upgrade. Be sure to go to breakfast early! Be sure to enjoy Niagara’s sunrise through the wide windows!
