clean but the facilities are old, I paid the.hotel.with trip.com and arriving at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 500 dollars the other day when I went to check out they charged me 12.49 dollars per room according to having used the resort when I knew there was and I never used it since we only used the place to rest

The balcony can see the waterfall, which is better than other hotels. And it is relatively close to other attractions, which can be reached on foot, and the bar next to it can be enjoyed in the evening when you have nothing to do.

I booked this hotel for it proximity to many places I was planning on visiting while in Niagara. It’s within walking distance to the falls to the Fallsview ****** to Clifton Hill. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. I could hear the conversation in the next room. The bathroom was also small, and I mean that in all ways. Sink and toilet are not your average height.
If you are looking for proximity to the attractions, this is your place at a reasonable price.

All staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The decor of the room was quirky. There were some modern fixtures (USB connections) and some older things (a very bright chandelier, and a squeaky bed that has seen better days) Unfortunately, with a lot of hotels, the TV leaves a lot to be desired. A simple remote with a couple dozen channels and an electronic program guide would have sufficed, whereas the set up in the room is cobbled from different pieces…and really unwatchable.
Having said that, this is a good place for a stop along a journey, and it is ridiculously close to the Fallsview ******! Knowing what to expect, and if the price was right, would stay again.
