I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

We stay here every year for our waterpark trip with the kids and we always have a blast! We did start off with a room that wasn’t to our satisfaction, however the staff was super accommodating and friendly and moved us to a new room right away!
The hotel is outdated but it’s an older building, the rates are good, free parking and continental breakfast so we have realistic expectations.

We have stayed here a few times now. The room is always clean, the staff are very nice, the breakfast is very good although perhaps adding bagels or english muffins along with the bread would make it even better. The location is very close to the ****** and attractions on Clifton Hill. We will be back!
