The room was cozy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is okay. It's more like a home style breakfast. We only have one problem with the swimming pool. It was freezing cold. We couldn't even get into it. Everything else was fantastic. We will definitely come back again.

Wifi signal is poor. The building inside smells molds. The key of the door is old style. The sausage at the breakfast is bad. Choices are limited too.

It was January in Niagra Falls so the hotel was almost empty but the breakfast was reasonably good and certainly very friendly. Not a fan of the disposable wooden utensils (i find it gives a taste in my mouth). Its an older hotel and somewhat dated decor but very comfortable. Room was large, wifi good. Hot tub was not in service although the pool was. It was good value for the money but January is value season throughout Niagra Falls.

This was our second stay here in 2 months due to family issues. We were happily surprise on the upgrades in just two months. The breakfast is now in the lower level entertainment area. (I will review the tea house where the breakfast was serviced before at the end) They are adding a gym, conference room and a pool table area. The number one thing we look for in a hotel is the cleanliness and Fullerton Manor exceeded our expectations. Everything in our room was spotless clean. This is an older hotel and it is showing its age. But it looks like the family is doing upgrades everywhere.
The breakfast use to be serviced at the tea house. The tea house (VTea) is now open for business. It is a bubble tea house lots of food and drinks available. It is outstanding. Great tea and good food at a great price. Definitely worth going too.

Our stay was great the property they had a great parking facility and overall was a very clean and safe environment.
I personally think there should be more breakfast options available for the guest other then that everything else was fine 🙂.
