A simple motel with free parking, which is great! There is also free wireless Internet access, not far from the waterfall area. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the building is not very high. The highest is probably the 3rd or 4th floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to make a note to stay on the first floor!

This place is not very good. I borrowed a coffee pot from the front desk to boil water, but I was given the worst hygiene items, and I checked in early and left, but the deposit was not returned.

The guy who runs the place is super nice, upgraded us to two queens without asking because our son was with us. The rooms are clean and spacious with a convenient separate toilet and sink. Shower pressure is strong. TV has regular cable channels and works well. Parking is easy. It's about a fifteen min walk to the Fallsview ****** and probably twenty to Clifton hills area.
I would stay here again with my young family. It felt safe and comfortable.

Checked in with Front Desk Richard on a Saturday night. Bio hazard smell immediately upon entering the room and filthy and dirty linens.
Seems like linens were bought 60's and haven't been changed since. I reckon they don't get washed regularly as well
Dead bugs around the walls and especially by the window
We checked out immediately and Richard said refund will come from our original booking platform ******* in next 2 days. When ******* reached out to them they denied refund. FILTHY LIARS
