The hotel is situated in a good location around 15 minutes from Niagara Falls

Good location, low price, rooms need repairs. Breakfast is simple.

The room is large, no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers are provided, there is no kettle, but there is a microwave and refrigerator, and it is within walking distance to the waterfall. The heater is very loud when it starts, but it is just a one-night transition.

It's a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls, Canada. The rooms are of average quality and cleanliness, and the parking lot is spacious. There are many places to eat nearby.

Well i dont know where to start There is no hot water and i got a jacuzzi room Its necer been deep cleaned there is garbage under things and behind things They gave us minimum towels and only 3 pillows for 2 ppl The heat doesnt work The fireplace dont work Cant access the ice machine No one ever in office when i go to ask for anything Room is hiddenbin a sketchy corner of tthe hotel Jet tub cant get hot water and the jets barley work on a test run with cold I have never really been to a place with so many issues Plus they added a 20 dollar charge for parking even tho i am staying here Keep looking Never again

Excellent valve and surprisingly nice room with comfortable beds. Lots of local amenities, and great food available on Stanley Ave. Will stay again.

Bed was comfy. Shower water pressure was amazing. Front desk clerk was nice and friendly. Everything else was fairly disgusting. Dirty, moldy. Walls, doors, furniture unwashed. Cigarette burns in pillow case. The smell was atrocious

The room was clean and nice wish the curtains were lower and wider. The breakfast was okay. Would definitely stay there again in the future if the price was right

It was not clean at all, dust was flowing around lamp, dust on the microwave , fridge. Bedding was die as well, saw hairs. Dirty towels . Room temperature was not good and heating and air conditioning doesn’t work. Checked in late and tired to have a comfy sleep , so don’t have time and energy to spend on with the hotel . Beds are made of steel and make noise when kids were sitting on it .Not recommended at all

Our stay was great, everyone was friendly, very helpful staff, good price, comfortable to stay there. This place was nice and clean, definitely would stay again, close to attractions.

Second time I’ve stayed here. It’s a great place, room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night, and for the price it was acceptable. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. My only complaint is that there was no hairdryer and the toilet didn't flush properly. However, we would stay again.

We had a budget weekend away. The hotel was clean inside and out. Staff were very friendly.
