Location is close to center of Niagara Falls by just 10mins walking distance. The front counter staff was very nice and friendly. At the lobby there are complimentary coffee and tea and a free cookies when you check in. Room is clean n tidy with air condition. Parking is CAD20/day, so that you can park you car here and walk down to restaurants and the Falls. Overall, I will definitely come back for this hotel.

Location is good, rooms are good. Breakfast is average.

The rules are super strange - cant open window even your room is second floor , no any danger . The smell in hotel is super toxic due to cleaning materials they use . When you enter hotel smell can knock you off . In the rooms is better but you can still feel and nothing you can do as you can't open window . They gave us second floor with bad view while they have like 7 or 8 or more floors with much nicer view . Hotel was not that busy - try to give the best possible for customer not whatever .

Clean and comfortable room. Everything is what I expected. Location is a bit far from the falls(20 min walk) but it was not fun walking back uphill. Breakfast had limited food variety and was ok. Overall was happy with my stay for the price.

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the busiest main street. There are plenty of parking spaces, 20 Canadian dollars for a day, and the free breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat patties, coffee, drinks, bread, etc. It is worth recommending

The room is quite big and the bed is very comfortable. It's very close to the attractions and very convenient! Parking fee is $20 per night. In fact, you can park in the parking lot not far to the east for $5 a night.

I came out of the hotel and planned to see the waterfall again. After walking for 10 minutes, I found that I could walk across the bridge to the American border to see the waterfall. I came back late and stayed another night. The price was cheaper than the previous night. The worst thing was that I had to pay extra for accommodation. $22 CAD per night for parking

It was nice that there was a Starbucks on the first floor and parking facilities! The front desk staff also brought you everything you asked for. If you stay overnight, they come every day and clean the room.

I stayed with my two children. I made a reservation based only on the price and reviews that it seemed clean. I'm satisfied with the price! There was really nothing in the room, the only amenities were soap, a small shampoo conditioner, and body soap. There are plenty of towels. There is a space on the first floor of the hotel where you can pour coffee, so it was convenient to make miso soup at night. They kindly lent us a tray to carry the miso soup, and there is also a microwave oven in front of the elevator on the first floor, so we could eat some hot rice. There was also a self-service waffle maker for breakfast, which I was very grateful for because even if I went there late, I didn't have too much food. If you stay in the room for a long time, you'll get nervous because there's nothing there, but if you're just going to sleep, you'll be satisfied with this price.

Hotel was close to Clifton hill attractions as described. Breakfast good but basic, not much variety. Rooms quite spacious.

Spacious suite for our family of 5, check in staff were friendly and warm, breakfast was better than expected, room and building were very clean. Good value. We will stay here again.

The breakfast is excellent, with protein, fruits, and hot waffles and buns. There is an additional parking fee of 20 CAD, but all major tourist attractions can be reached on foot.

Bed was so uncomfortable that we came home a night early to sleep in our own bed. Breakfast service was nice but only served until 1030 and we were late getting up our first day due to the lack of sleep from the bed. Jacuzzi tub in the room was our saving grace with the cold weather so was nice to have something warm to dip in before bed and warm up in. Showers are small as well. Otherwise it’s your average hotel.
