This is our fourth time at the OYO Niagara Falls. The staff is always very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable great place to stay. near Clifton Hill!

This is the worst hotel and should be a motel. There was feces outside my door the rats are huge running around the property. The inside of the room smells and the sheets are gross looking. The floor smells like pee. The entire night all I could smell was pee. As I was brushing my teeth the water was running to my feet. I guess the sink has a bad leak. They gave me a remote and that was for a different tv. The lamps didn’t work. This entire experience was scary my daughter didn’t sleep well as she got to sleep she was woken up my two
Men trying to get in our room. What a night no phone to call the front desk can’t find a number. I wish I could give them a -5. I should have my money returned for this place

The picture online did not match what we got. Around the hot tub there was mold, our sheets had stains on them that we had no idea what they were, it was uncomfortable to lay on the bed because of this. There was also a homeless guy that was asleep in front of our door. That was really uncomfortable.

The area is shady, the rooms are crusty and gross and unsanitary and honestly just crap overall.

As soon as we entered the room the picture fell off the wall, toilet would not flush unless you took off the back of the toilet! Dead bolt did not work! And mold in the bathroom around taps.

The washroom looked dirty, the tiles had mold on it, the room did not look like it has seen a mop in a while, the fridge was not working.

We called to confirm our stay on the day of arrival but then hours later had a call back cancelling us because they had overbooked.
